A week-long thematic one-minute video workshop, in the frame of the project and exhibition City one minutes and with the participation of the film students of the University of Arts in Bucharest. Each student conceived and made a one minute film corresponding to a different hour of the day in Bucharest, thus creating together a 24-hour (minutes) portrait of the city.
