Artattack was an independent TV program, initiated, created and curated by irit garty, isaac layish, effi & amir. It was conceived as a platform for exhibition and discussion of diverse forms of moving image art. The project was derived from two principal motivations. The first, to take responsibility as artists who create their own space of exhibition, standards, contents, community, and choose a broader audience. The second, to suggest another model of art and of television: high quality but yet accessible and communicative.


Artattack was a monthly program and was broadcast twice a week during the month.  It showed works of art in their full length as well as original interviews with artists. All production stages were done by Artattack members, completely voluntarily.
